Anyone ride these? What do you think of them? I've heard great reviews and not so great reviews. I know they are the only ones that seem to make those bindings like that.
If there is already a post I apologize, it's late/early and I couldn't find much with the search.
I got the flow flight 1s this year. I like them but I don't have much experience with other bindings. Getting in and out is great and it's nice that they always tighten to the same spot every time. The pad on top put less pressure points on my foot because it is a larger surface area.
The reviews I read said the high end ones are good but the low end ones lacked support. The flight 1s were kind of in the middle. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone.
i assume this is what your talking about. I just got these at the beginning of the season and i love them. i was very skeptical at first because i had heard alot of stories of how the heel backs had snapped off and stuff but after riding them it would be pretty hard to break it. Not only is the easy in and out nice but they are surprisingly light. it took a a couple trys to get the part that covers the boot adjusted how i like it but once i did i have never had to change it since. i know alot of people would never ride flow bindings but i would say go for it. i know one thing for sure i though i don't think i could go back to normal ratchet down bindings. _________________ WHY
ive had flows for a long time and just upgraded to this yrs NXT AT. I really like flows just because they are easy entry and exit and they have pretty good support. I have noticed though with most flow bindings that there is slight heel lift but nothing to worry about. great bindings.
