My Uncles boat. SOOO HOT! The red flake paint looks AMAZING when the sun is hitting it.

To tell you the truth, I havn't ever felt the black in the sun. It's been really cloudy here in Orlando for the past months and there hasn't been any DIRECT sun for hours like it will in the summer. I'm also kinda sure you won't be touching it TOO much. Your either in a seat, under the Bimminy(sp), or in the water. As long as the seats arn't black I doubt you will have a heat problem. I've seen a few scratches, but they buff rub out easy, no deep ones I guess. Just take good care of the boat and you will see results Cool

EDIT: The flake paintjob is great/bad, It looks amazing when the sun hits it, BUT when/if it chips it's REALLY hard to fix it such as a solid black or white (I'm not even sure if fixing it is even an option)

Sick boat - LOVE the color scheme!

I do think it's funny all the love the metal flake is getting now. I saw it right when it first came out a couple of years ago and said I thought it was so cool. I was roundly thumped on these boards and everyone said they looked like bass boats. Glad to see everyone coming around!
