cadence_131, congrats on that shuv it! I've only tried it 2 times and everytime i fall in the funniest way. Thats what I love about wakeskating, I can't fall and not laugh... So far all I have are ollies! lol and I can do very small inside out jumps and surface 360s! I think I figured out why i kept falling on the lipslides, I think Im leaning too much against the rope, as I would on a wakeboard... any tips???

hmm... i dont really know.. what do u mean leaning to much against the rope? wakeskating takes alot of balance especially on lipslides.... dont cut out too much when ur gonna make the 90* onto the lip... get right next to it and just turn it. cuz u dont want to be popped up by the wake. keep ur knees bent to balance. ... let me know how it goes.

You know how in wakeboard when you do a butterslide if you dont dig your heels, you faceplant? So you need to lean back, against the rope to prevent that from happening... thats what i think im doing wrong, instead of keeping my knees bent i was more straight legged and leaning back... i'll try it this weekend! thanks for the tips!
