| I'm getting real inconsistent pop on my tantrums and wasn't sure if it is just a matter or waiting longer to trip or if there is anything else to help get more air? Right now I'll get around fine sometimes and land on my board and other times I get 3/4 of the way around and it feels like I'm throwing it the same way. |

| the tantrum is a very relaxed flip, probably the most. u have to cut HARD at the wake then flaten off, then WAIT for the pop, (i still suck at this) then u throw. tell us how it goes later, ok? |

its tricky sometimes i throw them before the wake then sometime i throw them at the top of the wake its trial and error and finding the sweet spot for the trip and the pop. It takes alot of practice i think these are alot harder than backrolls can you do those? _________________

I quit trying backrolls cause I couldn't get myself to hang on to the handle with both hands and kept landing revert and on my face. So I said "screw it" you're SUPPOSED to let go of the handle for a tantrum. I've been experimenting and sometimes I land fine and other times I only get 3/4 of the way around. Problem is I can't tell what I'm doing differently.
Last night I landed flat on the board and started to ride away and the handle just slipped out of my hand. Thought I had it down. Tried about 6 more since then and keep getting about 3/4 the way around.
I know people say it is a "trip" flip and I don't think I'm waiting for the trip. However, I've been pulling in hard, turning at the wake and waiting a second then throwing it. It doesn't feel like I'm being tripped so maybe I'm just not waiting long enough.
Play around with it some more Monday. |

what you need to do epic is cut out hard heel side farther then you normally would then cut in with a very progressive edge and when your about to apporach the wake flatten off t up your board to the wake and pop off the top then release the handle with your back hand pinch your shoulders together and flip back your eyes should follow your board and you want to make sure that when you t up your board your t'ing it up at the top of the wake then flip and it will come _________________ you think you know but you have no idea |
