I found this info on www.the-house.com. Basically smaller boards are more aggressive and easier to spin. Longer boards are smoother with softer landings.
Rider Weight Board Length: Up to 90lbs 131cm or Less, 90-99lbs 127-132cm, 100-109lbs 128-133cm, 110-119lbs 129-134cm

A 128 will be fine. Basically anything from a 128 to a 134 would work, but I would suggest the 128 unless you think that you will grow much in the near future.
