first off, no, i didn't make it over to owc to check out the ronix stuff...i was just waaaay too busy. dpc put my butt to work all weekend! i got these shots on sunday.

anyway, it looks like the theme this year for boards is the matte (non-glossy) black look. (please, no argument as to who stole the idea from whom) anyway, here are some pics.

dont like the gator closed toe, or the watson open, they look weird to me. Byerly bindings are the same, aswell as the murrays, whys there a 3ds for hype? didnt sharpe hit the road to ronix?

Some of those bindings look like they were put together from scraps! Not saying they aren't functional, but they look a little odd.

the new shane set up is where its at this year...definitly graphic of the year for 07...it looks even better in person, the picture does no justice. plus the bindings are sleek and match perfectly. other than that, gator boards did a great job and won best booth, good job to them. i have tried on their closed toe bindings and they are comfy.

I like the new 3ds boots, I'm riding a pair now for kicks. Everyhting looks good, I thought it would all be lame but im diggin th LF and Gator stuff.

im dissapointed with the absolute graphics, i think im just going to pass on the 07 and pick up an 06 for cheap at the board shop.

I am really glad Gator is stepping up their bindings new stuff looks sick. The Legend series also looks pretty rad. Hopefully Harris will get a new shape. I love the retro trip graphics. Lots of sick gear coming out this year!

Is it just me or is Hyperlite way behind in the binding technology? I mean, Ronix, GB, and Liquid Force all have the new binding styles in a pro-plate/snowboard technology design, and Hyperlite still has the bindings that take forever to put on compared to the new stuff.

WOW, CWB has really stepped up the last few years. All their stuff looks incredible. Hyperlite on the other hand is on a downward spiral. All their gear looks like crap other than the new Byerly stuff(and thats prolly only because HL didn't design it). Even the new Krown gear looks great. Everyone has really gotten better as far as graphics except HL. Although I am going to pick up the new Byerly when its available Razz
