OK call me lazy gullable or whatever....but I really do not have the time to drive 30-40miles one way to demo some boards and am completely willing to have persons posting on the internet influence my next purchase.
I have been riding an '02 HL Premier (current ERA) for a few years and pretty much like it except: 1. The landings are starting to hurt, 2. The board could be a little faster but this is not a big deal.
Just this year I am landing bigger tricks but my hips are starting to hurt on some of the landings. I have kind of grown comfortable with the current board and do not want something that rides too different, but would consider something to ease the pain. Any suggestions?
Oh, I have ridden the Obrien Shapiro board (I think 'Demented'), and a LF Fish and am still searching. Thanks! |

Try a PS3, it has a very similar tip/tail design to the era, so it should be pretty similar. I've ridden both, I think the PS3 pops harder and goes a little faster, and the landings are pretty cushy. _________________

I haven't tried the PS3 but I have ridden the Watson (own it) and the Marius.
I would consider getting a Watson. It lands really soft and should be faster than your Premiere which is a very similar shape to the Substance I rode before.
The Marius lands even softer than the Watson but it is really slow. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

I would consider the PS3, in my experiance it is faster and lands softer than the premier. _________________ SOMETIMES ALL YOU NEED IS A LITTLE BLING IN YOUR SWING |
