Bubb Rubbing Idiots at the cable

I was at the Rixen today and I edged out and got a tiny bit of slack in my line and all of a sudden I get tons. My friend threw an air trick to shake me off. So I get shaken off, but this isn't the bad news, I'm swimming back and this idiot on a bat shaped kiteboard comes by me and sprays me. He does this a couple times and I gave him the finger. He rides up to me again (By now I'm pretty pissed because this guy doesn't even know me) and I think he's just gonna spray me again but I realize he's not turning. I duck under my board and turn away buy my hand is behind my binding. The guy rides right over me, he doesn't even ollie. He hits me in the back of the head and scrapes up my arm and fingers. I tell Sven (the guy who runs it) and he tells me to swim faster next time. Wow... Evil or Very Mad

Dude thats friggin rediculous. You should have definetely talked to him (and/or kicked his @$$) I cant believe he actually ran you over. You could press charges on him. I know americans are sue happy but thats a much better reason than any of these joe-wads and yahoos who sue McDonalds for making them fat.

i wouldnt take that, i have a bad temper. for example, my friend plays this trick on people where one person crouches behind an unsuspecting victim and he pushes them. Well he did this to me, i got super pissed, got up and socked him in the jaw, screwed up has braces and cut his lip pretty bad, later i appologized. But back to your scenario, id proboly take my board and smack him in the head twice knock him out them piss on him. Mad

1 pass only takes about a minute, I was in the middle of the lake and near the end.

I rarely advocate violence, but, in this case, it was your duty as a man to kick this guy's ass. He could have poked your eye out, given you a serious concussion, knocked out some teeth, broken your nose, etc., etc. . Idiots like that deserve every ounce of pain you can inflict.

I agree but the guy was like thirty something and would've been a little bitch and beat up on a kid that's two times smaller than him.

Oh my god, this is the funniest crap I've ever read!! To actually just talk about kicking the guys ass is completely insane! It's like I'm reading stories from a comic book!

It's quite simple willc. It's called assault. If what you said happened indeed happened, you could sue him. It's not something that might win, you could have the guy not only tossed off the lake, but have him put in jail and get a nice cash reward as well. It's not being "sue happy," but getting someone off the lake that is a danger to everyone on it.

Oh yeah, and bring your Glock next time so you can pop a cap in his ass! I mean, isn't everyon eon the lake packing? Then maybe use some spider powers to web him to the kiteboard.
