I have a little sister(16) that needs an activity for the summer. I took her snowboarding in the past, and she seemed to like it. And she really needs something to do, besides hang around some of her more available friends(smoking(both) and drinking friends). So I figure wakeboarding could be a good something for her to do.
The question here is, what does she need to wear to get out there? What she normally wears in the water, I seriously doubt is appropriate for wakeboarding, and I'd rather her avoid any potentially embarrasing situation, since she would at that point give it up all together.
So what do I tell her to wear, or get? |

I agree! Boardshorts definitely. Also a vest that fits. When I first started out, I was using my man's vest, which was bigger than what I actually needed. Well, I fell a few times and gave a few old men a reason to watch the water that day.
I now have a vest that fits! _________________ Women constitute half the world’s population, perform nearly two-thirds of it's work hours, receive one-tenth of the world’s income and own less than one-hundredth of the world’s property. ---UN Report |

I personally wear a wetsuit to keep from any embarrassing pieces of gear popping off and uncovering my, ahem, female parts.
Nothing wrong with boardshorts either. _________________ My other water preference is "frozen". |

| A bikini with boardshorts and a rash guard (shirt) over her bikini top if she wants a little extra warmth. |
