I just did it this past weekend. We filled one of the side ballasts and the center ballast. About 5 people in the boat. 12 mph. The wake is great. |

Is it better to fill the center ballast full or partly, or does it depend on the boat. |

With my boat ('03 SAN), I think the wake is better with the center tank at least half filled. If I have a bunch of people on the boat, I fill it completely.
No problems letting go of the rope. The wake has a good sized sweet spot. I have a LF skimskate/brigade 4'6". It's a great board. |

on the 220 san we fill one side and the belly. If we have 4 or 5 people in the boat, the wake will crest and roll. The roll (dono what it's suppose to be called) is about a 8 to 10 inch circle. _________________ Kurt14 |
