alright someboey help me make this invert happen. i can do heelside backrolls and land them here and there but everytime i see somebody throw a toeside one with a huge grab on it in a video it looks so sick. i basically charged the wake toeside and did what you normally do for a heelside backroll just the opposite way around and it didn't work at all i ended up all retarded and rotated halfway coming down on my back. any help would be great. _________________ i drive a convertible. i have a boat. i wakeboard. word 2 yo mutha. dueces. |

| well how good are you going toeside? if this is your second invert, you might want to consider something else first (tantrum, crow). post a vid if you can. |

i'm consistent toeside jumps and grabs wise. this is the 1st toeside invert i've tried just thought it'd be a fun to learn one. i've played around with heelside tantrums just don't do em that often but can throw them. used to do toeside front rolls but haven't tried in a while. doubt i can get a video on here anytime soon i moved to the coast and my boat is back in austin so i hardly get to ride muchless videotape right now. i'll see what i can do though. i'm just kinda wantin to know what to move where bodywise as i pop off the wake i think that'd help the most. _________________ i drive a convertible. i have a boat. i wakeboard. word 2 yo mutha. dueces. |

edge in progressivlely...keep the handle at ur front hip with 2 hands...once ur in the air u can let go with ur back hand but keep the handle at ur hips to complete the rotation...
land and edge away on ur toes so u dont slip out _________________ "it is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation" |

release off the wake standing tall and pushing your hips up to the sky...
think "Hump the sky" hips and waist first.
Keep two hands on the handle until you can spot the landing.
This will help you rotate faster. _________________ PEACE

| a toeside backroll is really just a TS tantrum, more that than a back roll. it is a flip not a cartwheel. |

| I find that with toeside backrolls it is very important to give yourself time to get up the wake before throwing the trick. And I have found that spotting the landing is unusually difficult with these. I have trouble spotting landings on inverts anyway. |

toe side backroll is more like a toeside tantrum. but you need to edge all the way to the top of the wake. most important thing : wait for the pop !, keep the handle close. let go you back hand if you want, so you won't land switch.
