Go to home depot and get some tie downs, and get a piece of pipe (2 inch) like 6-7 foot tall and some eye hooks. Take your drill and put 2 holes all the way through the top of the pipe.
Now thread the eyehooks through the holes you just drilled and put a washer and nut on the inside of the pipe ratchet strap it to the trailer tie downs and put a small piece of wood on the bottom so it doesn't go through your floor and you have a home made pylon. _________________ "The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed."

ckligor, that is pretty swank... BUT, depending upon the year of the boat, and the warranty, they may not go for the booty fab pylon... Great idea though, if you have the boat to do it with.
kurlyman, to answer your question on a more serious side. A tower will not prevent you from doing a trick of any sort. My father owns a SANTE and I have a SeaRay, obviously the SANTE has the tower, but the SeaRay doesnt. I have noticed nothing different between the pull on either boat... And I have been riding for about 9 years now off and on. The biggest difference between the two boats is the wake itself.
So, we establish that the wake makes more of a difference. What I decided to do is buy some fat sacs to put in different locations around the boat. This has led to a bigger, crispier wake... Still, it fails in comparison to the SANTE, but I am but a poor college kid who cant drive home every weekend.
Again, the tower makes no difference, as it is the wake itself. Now I will throw this out there, more or less to make people upset a little bit. A supreme wake makes up for bad form/technique... However, you should still know the 3 different types of edges, and such... At the end of the day though, this sport is about having fun and creating deeper relationships with your fellow man, so just play it like that! _________________
