I havent ever rode a wakeboard and have always wanted to try. I went and bought a CWB Sol 141. The board weight says that you should be over 160 pounds, im only about 117- 120. The 135 i dont think i could get my foot in the bindings so I went ahead and bought the 141. Is this a bad thing to do, and if so why?
Thanks

You should have took the bindings that fit and bought the board in the 135 size. Its not going to make you a bad rider though, you might actually like to ride the bigger board, softer landings.

yeah you dont need the bindings that come with the board, but im 150 whcih is the lowend of the 141 that my friend has and i felt i was able to handle the board much less the it was much easier on the landings when landing flat. the only way you will know if you like it is if you try it.

Newboarder123, You should have tried to see if you could try different bindings with the package. You may pay extra, but it's for what's most comfortable. A 135 seems about right for your weight, and a 141 seems a little too big, so it will be really hard to control. See if you can swap boards before you use it next, or start packin' on the poundage!
