| When your learning to jump the wake what is a good speed and rope length? |

| This is a tricky question, every wake/rope is different. Speed I would say start @ about 20mph. Keep your rope all the way out. While you are riding take a look at the wake in front oof you. Pick a spot in thwe wake that looks like the right width for you to W2W. Shorten your rope accordingly and you should be pretty close. |

| I have found that it is easier to jump the faster you are going. I started at 19 but then went to 21 and saw a major difference. the shorter the rope is it will make the wake not as wide. |

| yeah I shortened my rope about 10ft or so and was riding about 20-22mph. |

Really depends on the boat, the weight in it, and lake conditions. Be sure to use your speed signals to your driver. On the boat I was on today, the wake was perfect at about 18mph.. When we sped up to 20mph the wake flattened out and was hard to get a stable pop off of.
Experiment and see what you like best. |
