| In Nashville April was hot but May has been nothing but cool rain. I don't think we've hit 80 this month, most of the last week has been low 60's. |

Lol during the summer, it rains a good 3 days a week... i work with concrete, so when it rains i cant work. And last summer, it was like everyday that something got ruined by rain. Now it doesnt rain all day, but your almost guaranteed a shower. Its easy being a weather person down here, summer- partly cloudy with a 50% chance of rain. Winter- Clear skies, 10% chance of rain _________________ http://www.myspace.com/wannabess

| WannabeSS, i stated it wrong, what i meant to say was that its rare to get more than one ENTIRE day of rain like having it rain for more than one day straight through. yes of course i know it rains basically every afternoon in the summer but that still gives u time to wakeboard in the morning and after the rain the water is smoother than ever usually. days like last tuesday where it rains all day are rare especially once summer starts u gotta admit |

i know its off the subject, but you guys talking about riding in the rain and stuff, how much rain is too much for the boat? i mean, i know a few sprinkles or a light shower wont be bad, but a decent shower for 20 minutes and everything is soaked....how much is too much.
i wanna go ride this weekend but the forecast is for showers. not a washout though. im not afraid of a little rain, just need to reassure the boat owner some rain wont hurt...lol _________________ http://www.myspace.com/muxpux

well i have a fishing boat so the rain is nothing the is doesnt see while staying outside on the lift anyway, i look at the rain in a positive light, seeing the rain as cleaning the salt water off and making my job easier. p.s. i hate salt water
also, on my friends ski boat at lake burton in georgia, we end up getting caught in the rain all the time and there's never been an mold or mildew etc. in the seats, i would think it'd have to rain pretty hard for their to be any major problem with the boat |

It has been a perfect wkend 85, 5 to 10 mph breez and not a cloud in the sky.
To bad I have to look at it form the 9th floor of the hospital I work in. I have worked Fri, Sat, and today 7am to 7pm.
I just know it will rain next wkend because I have the same 3 days off. _________________ Its hard being a chick rider, you have to know how to ride, and make sure your still wearing your bikini after busting. |

| Weather now in Quebec: Air tremp 40F. Water temp 55F. There's whitecaps on the lake and the water level is 6 in over the top of the dock. And it's been raining since LAST weekend. Only thing holding me back is that the boat launch is so wet that it's like quicksand.... although I haven't asked the wife if she'd take me for a set. I don't think the season has arrived. Think I'll curl up by the fire and watch a Warren Miller DVD. |

our pattern just changed. going into the weekend, we had 80+ degree weather and brilliant sunshine. then got thunderstorms yesterday (pretty rare here in western WA) and now its maybe 60 degrees and steady moderate rain. its supposed to stay mid 60s and rain all week. hopefully we get a bit of a clearing/warm up for memorial day. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/muxpux
