can you help me get a board?

Hey everyone,
first off i would like to say that this is a great site. i have been reading for about a month, and i really think people on here can help me. i live in rhode island, and my dads an avid skier, and he tried to pass it down to me but i sort of hate it. i tried my friends wakeboard, and i got up for about 30 seconds and i liked wakeboarding so much more than skiing. so that aside, what would be a good board for me? i saw the sticky at the beginning of this forum, but i think i would like to find out a little more. i am about 5'2", around 110 lbs, and i would be boarding almost every day, so i dont think it will take me that long to get over the learning curve. i need, a board, bindings, and probably a rope, unless i can use a skiing one. i am on a budget of about $400. sorry for the lengthy post.

If you put in all your info, it should give you several ideas.

I would input it for you, but you said that whole thing about the learning curve, so I don't know what "leve" of board you'd want.

You can use a ski rope for wakeboarding, but many people on this site will say that a good no-stretch rope is a great investment.

thank you. the learning curve thing means that i want something that i can grow into. i do not want a board that i will use for a little while and then all of a sudden need a new board. i sorta wanted something to get me to at least an intermediate level, if possible..........o wow that thing is great. i just did it now. but all it gave were boards- what about boots?
