Am looking at a board that has a continuous rocker? I dont even know what a rocker is let alone understand it being continuous!

The curve of the board is the rocker. Continuous means its a smooth curve. There is also a three stage rocker in which the curve is in three stages (not continous).

k-otic1... my head is spinning after taking in all that techno babble...lol. It was really informative though, and will help anyone trying to fine tune a board to suit their style and skill level.
