I just started wakeboarding about a month ago and i love it. Im about 5'11. My bindings are pretty far apart. I can ride for a little bit then my lower back , hips and hamstring starts getting really tight. Same for my front leg too where it hurts. I want to move my bindings in more but i feel the closer i move them in the more unbalanced i will be?
Any suggestions? Thanks- Very Happy

They should be about shoulder width. You might also try stretching and working on making your lower back stronger.

well also some people say kind of slant them towards eachother and others say put the one on the front of the board facing a little more toward the boat?

Try setting up duck foot. Where your toes point away from eachother and your heals point toward eachother. like a duck stands, hence the name.

I would also recomend getting the DVD series 'The Book'. It runs about $99 but is awesome covers everything you can imagine from how to drive a boat and set your gear up and take care of it to really advanced tricks. Well worth the money.

you want your stance to be as wide as possible without causeing any discomfort or pain. so if it hurts.. move em in.. also keep a duck foot stance.. helps a lot with the leg pain and also helps riding switch
