You might want to try posting intelligibly to start. "wats da craic" and "at da min, tanks alot cheer" is just butchery of the english language. jp :p dood.
On to your "problem," or question. There are many websites to help you make a decision; I have found Wakeworld to be especially helpful.
http://www.wakeworld.com/Boots/ would be the relevant section for you.
Just search through all the companies, and look for a cheap pair of bindings (the cheapest bindings should be beginner-level)
The O'Brien Link bindings are Beginner/Intermediate level, so they should be able to stay with you for a while.
http://www.wakeworld.com/boots/getboot7.asp?ProductID=3039
O'brien Nova, perhaps the same thing
http://www.wakeworld.com/boots/getboot7.asp?ProductID=3040
So on and so forth, just look on that site until you find the bindings you like that will fit your price range. And please, for the love of god, put a small bit of effort into your typing. Typing things phonetically like a jerk-off might be fine for your Counter-Strike forum, but it gets more annoying than just about anything else I have seen (except perhaps someone correcting another's grammar / spelling ) _________________ People should not be afraid of their governments.

On a second note, I'm genuinely curious. What on earth does "wats da craic" mean? _________________ People should not be afraid of their governments.

"wats the craic" is an irish slang word for "wats up", "wats the banter", "wats about ye" basically how are you.
