cable riding?

im new to this site, and kinda to wakeboarding as a whole, so i was looking and couldnt find a cable topic, so...does anyone in here ride cable?

its called a load and release. If u have a frind with the Book DVD there is a section on it on the base inverts dvd.

my problem is i edge like really hard but i can never "release"
