For everyone with the LF F.A.S.T. setup bindings, i dont know if this matters but on the top plate that connects to the bottom there are two sets of holes. One set is a perfect circle and the other set is an elongated circle. should the perfect circle or the elongated circle be in front, and on the other binding should it be the same or should the like circles be facing each other.
heres a digram should it be
(front) circle/oval (back) circle/oval
OR
(front) circle/oval (back)oval/circle
Hope this makes sense to everyone kind of confusing sorry. |

It isnt going to matter. I have mine circle/oval circle/oval. The reason that its like that is because boards of a different brand might have different inlay configurations. Having the ovular holes allows the LF screws (I forget the proper name for them) to have a little bit more freedom to move around a bit if you need to put them on a different board. Make sure that the circles, though, are in the same position on the board in respect to which inlays they are in, thats what keeps the bindings where they need to be in order to be even from tip to tail. Capiche'? So set your bindings evenly on the board using the circles first, in the same inlay on each side, and BOTH screws should be either in the inside circle or the outside circle, not one of each. (this would be easier if your plates were set on the boots as left: circle/oval and right: oval/circle...
Long post I know. Peace out... _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

hah sorry. ok. Are you talking about where the fast plate attaches to the board? or where the plate attaches to the actual boot? I mean, I dont really no how else to tell you. If youre talking about where the plate attaches to the board, its not going to matter which side either hole is on, so long as the bindings are placed evenly and centered on the board, tip to tail, edge to edge... _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

o ok yea i get it, i was just thinking to hard about what you wrote so i didtn see how easy it was.
The only reason i asked the first question was because one of my bindings looks as if it is a little more titled than the other one. and the degrees are exactly the same on both of them. i dont know if it is, or im just seeing things. I just got them today so i like everything to be exactly perfect lol |

| i figured out my problem with the binding by the way. The degrees printed on the plate were actually off by about 4 degrees, its weird. |
