I was just wondering how many riders out there were getting in the water this early in the year? We are here in Upstate SC , im sure you Fla guys have been going out year round! But we are bearing the 48 degree water temp!!!! Im just ready for the warm weather cause i think i might have been slightly hypothermic after yesterdays session! |

The title of this thread made me smile, whether it is or not, you know when people start askin those questions that it is getting close I'm in East TN in the valley, Knoxvegas baby, and we've had a couple of days where I would have gone out if our boat was available. _________________ '05 Supra Launch 24SSV |

I got sick of waiting, so I took a trip to miami to ride at Dean Lavelle's school. All I have to say is that dean a excellent coach, I rode like crap, but had a great time. Now just gotta wait about another month before getting on the board again. _________________ Washington DC Wakeboard Crew - http://www.dcwake.com |

Ctipping, looks like you are back!
If we get some rain in March, the resevoir I ride on might be full for the beginning of April. If not, I'll do weekend trips to a lake up north. I went to the boat show in Ft. Wayne a couple of weeks ago. I almost put us into bankruptcy over a Malibu VLX. Man, I've got the bug _________________

In Chicago the season doesn't start till April usually. But i'll probably be out befrore that. I'm going to The Projects over Spring Break too, so I'll get a good jump start on the season than everybody else here. _________________ www.munsonski.com

| In Dallas people have been riding for a while here with a drysuit. I think I'm going to start in 2 or 3 weeks with a heater top. The weather's been really weird here, warm then cold.. |

Yeah like andrewt said. BC's weather is pretty weird too. One week it's above 10 and the next week it's bloody freezing. I'd like to know when to go out and ride finally, but I'm expecting early May maybe?

Im chompin at the bit to ride, I got a drysuit this year so I was hoping to ride almost non stop but theres that little issue of "winterizing," no heated garage and the lows are still in the 20s or 30s. Not worth the risk. The 10 day forecast here in VA is looking good though, no lows below freezing and may hit 70 wednesday or thursday! If the 10 day still says no lows below 32 on wednesday it could be my first real ride of the year! |
