I bought some bindings last year and they were 02 Ultra Sucs. I can't remember the site. My buddy was wanting to buy a starter combo and they had some older boards/bindings and they had killer prices. I remember that it was kind of a cheaper looking site, nothing fancy. Any ideas?

evogear.com has closeout prices on a little bit newer gear. I'm not sure how good their selection is right now due to it being the winter and they also carry snow gear. But check out the site, they may have some good stuff.

One more Question... there was another site too that was like Grizzly...something or around that nature. And they carried Blemmished boards and stuff too. I have a buddy who is wanting to buy a aboard and I want to buy an older board too, cause I want to try a smaller size out.

Have you looked at ebay? I got brand new, from actual stores, 2005 Hyperlite Murray biolite board and Murray bindings for just over 400 bucks. Last year, brand new that would have coast me over 800. I have had great luck with other wakeboard stuff too.
