How much do you guys think a 2004 master craft x9 with 35 hours, 310 hp, cd player, 10" sub, tower speakers. It is in perfect condition, I am having trouble fitting it in the shed we built for my 02 malibu sportster. I'll put a pic of the boat I would like to see what yall think.

| Is that Brownwood, Tx? If you are interested, we do consignment sales here at Tx MC. Just a thought, but we can offer buyers financing and other options which may help sell your boat. If Fort Worth is not too far for you , let me know if you need help.

| on dec. 27th you posted pictures of your "new ride". Unless you stole it, you ought to know how much to sell it for.

| So you're selling a boat you just bought because you can't fit it in your shed? Just curious if there was ever an inkling to take a few measurements first? Regardless, good luck in selling it.

| I bought it in july but it won't fit in the shed so I thoughtr it would be cheaper to treade the boat for something with a better folding tower than to re do the shed. I thought it would bring about 38k or so on trade but all the dealers I have talked to are closer to 30k. When you book it it has a low retail of 36500 and an avg of 42200, and if you go on boat trader people are asking like 42k for them. So I guess I was hoping someone new of a dealer that would give better than 31k for it. I like the way the tower folds on Tige and moomba or maybe I need a boat without a tower and get a sky lon or something. I sell cars and when someone brings in a trade we go by book value it seems like boat dealerships just make a # up.

| From a sellers perspective, around this time of year is when you are going to receive the lowest amount for the boat. If you can hold onto it for another 2-3 months, you should be able to get a little more out of it. Given that, you'll probably have to give a little more for the boat you want to buy if you wait a few months. I'm not sure how seasonal the prices are on new boats though. Maybe someone could chime in on that?

HOw low is your shed? Pretty much any boat out there with a tower will be just under 7 feet. Your tower should be right under 7 as well.
To build a brand new boat shed would only cost 5-6 thousand at the most. If you trade the boat in you could lose more than that. If you just raised the roof I'm sure it wouldn't cost you that much?

WOW, I can't believe this thread!
Selling a boat because the shed is too small?!?!?
Did you finance, or pay cash?
If you financed.. ouch
I just can't imagine raising the roof of a "shed" to me enought to justify taking a hit on a brand new boat like this.
Anyhow, good luck dude

| how far off is it? you can let some air out of your tires. or if the shed's not on a slab, dig out some of the floor so it can drop down when you get to the opening.
