About 3 years ago i started watersking and by last summer i pretty much mastered it. i could slolum and do about all you can do on waterskiis. i moved to wakeboarding. The first time i tried wakeboarding i got up on the first try. I had trouble after that steering the wakeboard where i wanted it to go. it was my friends wakeboard i was borrowing so it could have been the size but are there any tricks to steering. Shocked

Sparkyroy11, I wouldnt necessarily call it steering as much as edging. If you jsut try to turn the board in the direction you want to go you will probably jsut eat it a bunch of times. You need to use the edges of the board so the water gettign pushed up along the bottom forces you in the direction you want...

sorry if im not explaining it to well, sometimes i cant think straight...lol...
