Hey i just bought a 1996 Moomba Boomerang which is a great ski boat and a good wakeboarding boat but it does not have a very good wake..... i think it only hold a little over 1200 pounds or something.... can someone spitball me some ideas about how much wieght to add to the back and front of the boat _________________ [to dog] You're so wise. | Buy some fatsacks or lead...then just experiment..a good rule of thumb is a 60/40 split back/front. |

Are you referring to the placard in your boat syaing the weight limit??
If so, this is the coast rating for people/gear weight.. Obviously, in a low riding boat like a boomerang you are gonna have to ,as these guys just said, experiment around with it a bit.. I don't know how your lake patrol guys are in Des Moines but if they see you riding too low in the water,you may get stopped..

Uh.. it come in different colors... A boomerang should be able to push more weight than that, what kind of prop is he running?
