ok i have a jetski and am looking to get either a wakeboard or wakeskate board... would the rope behind the jet ski be too low for me to wakeboard behind? i have heard that this is true and that it would be easier to get a wakeskate board... if it is easier, what is the reasoning for that? also, is wakeskating really hard to learn? need some opinions.. thanks

i suggest to wakeboard behind a boat and wakeskate behind a jet-ski..for you get a wakeskate, you can do both behind the jet-ski but on a wakeboard you wouldnt be able to do anything except surface tricks mainly, because the wake is to small to get enough air for any basic trick

Most wakeskate tricks don't use a wake. I would suggest a skate, they are a little harder to learn but when you do it will be much more fun than wakeboarding behind that.

Learn proper technique and wake size only makes tricks easier. Have you ever seen cable riders ride? Line tension is the key to most of your "air" tricks. I've sen backrolls & tantrums behind jetski's. The hardest part about riding behind a jetski is finding a good driver.
