Ready for the snow!

I went and did it. I finally dropped some cash on a good board. I got a Burton Dominant 154 with some DC Flare boots that were left from last year. I'm pretty psyched up and wanted to share with everyone Smile

sick board enjoy it. Did you get the Slick or the regular one?

I got the regular one in white leather, but the bottom was a little different. Instead of the yellow lettering w/ navy blue on white background, mine has royal blue w/black on white background. I actually have the stuff in lay-away now. When I get it out, I'll post a pic. I'll have to get bindings later. My old Rossignals will have to do for now. Couple more weeks of O/T Smile

I got your message. I went to Get Wet last night and bought last years Ride SPI bindings. They are sweet. Did you hear that they are having a big sale Nov. 11th - 13th? If you're wanting to get bindings, I would get them then. I think I'm gonna go to that sale and try to get some pants and maybe a coat. Supposedly everything will be on sale and they are bringing more stuff up from the store down south.

jwat142, Sweet! Maybe I can get new bindings then. I'm thinking about selling my Oxygen board and bindings as a set. I'll probably ask $150. Just don't know how I would package it.

Did you get your board yet? How were the boots?

Yeah, I got the board. It's pretty sweet. It looks like I'm gonna get different boots too. The one's that the guy sent didn't fit me right. I have the bindings and boots up for sale in the classifieds.

Here ya go...should be my set up for this year. I bought a Rome Agent last night. The thing is supposed to be SICK! The bindings are last years Cartels.

Chili Dawg I hate to say this but your bindings are on backwards. The bukles for the ladder strap should always be on the outside.

jwat142, Did you get those Cartels at Get Wet? Dang, I didn't even know they had any of last years left.

Sweet set-up! I can't wait to hit Bittersweet! I just hope it's cold enough for at least some man-made snow.

No, those cartels are the ones I bought used, but they are in really good shape. I bought the board that night though. I'm ready for some snow too. I heard on the weather a slight chance one night this coming week...we'll see.

Nice setups. I got a new one this year- Forum JP Walker 154, with this years Cartel bindings, and last years Burton Shaun White boots. I'm SO ready to ride it.... and it looks like this weekend will be the weekend. Snowmobiling up the local mountain before it's open...... i can't wait.
