Anybody on the site hit up any 3 of Vancouver, BC, Canada's local hills?

Grouce Mtn... by far my favorite... cheap season pass ($150)... good runs... GREAT food... you take a Gondila up instead of having to drive all the way up...

Seymore Mtn... Known for its park... made such riders as Devin Walsh... crappy cafe tho... everything else sucks on the mtn tho

Cypress Mtn... the best quality runs... alright food... the passes are sooo $$$...

some of you washington locals should come check them out...

Ocean Rider,

I love the view from Grouse Mtn., especially at night. Great place to take someone you want to get cozy with.

Haven't checked out the other two, yet.

I'm a seymour man myself. Its cheap too i got my season pass for 160$ this year. I think that Cypress is overgroomed so I don't really like that, and your right it is expensive as hell. And Grouse, well I've heard things about Grouse. My buddy says its packed all the time. I've never thought to check it out but I might once or twice this year. Seymour does have some awesome runs though, you just need to find em. Like the mystery bowl, its so rad. All in all I figure its not too bad to have 3 local mountains that are decent.

Its owned by Boyne? They own Crystal, Brighton, Big Sky, couple mountains back east, some golf resorts.

Are you talking about management?

And aren't they hosting most the 2010 olympic games?

Oh yeah, Baker and Crystal are pretty much the same, no big ritzy hotels or any of that stuff. But they do hold their own, plenty of people will travel just to ski/board there.

I had a pass for Seymour a couple of seasons ago. I was really enjoying it until they decided to make more runs about the start of january and mowed down all of the jumps everyone had created. After that it got really boring so I just started going to Baker which is a much better mountain anyways. Mount Baker is also very cheap if you go during the week, only 35 bux canadian.
