Board Lingo "Slow"?

What does it mean when people say a board is slow?

Different boards are slower and faster simple as that. Like my CWB Transcend is a lot slower than the Hyperlite Parks. Just because a board is faster though doesn't make it a better board it all comes down to what you feel most comfortable on.

there is more resistance or friction between the board and the water makeing the board slower, literally.
