Suggestions? We've been to SLC for the past 4-5 years, but we're thinking about going somewhere different. In the past, we've been able to fly to SLC (from ATL) for about $250, get a hotel in town cheap ($50/night), and a cheap rental car. Does anyone know of somewhere else that wouldn't be too much more that typically has good conditions around xmas?
Thanks. _________________ PS- this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

re re, depending on how much airfare is to Reno, that would be my suggestion.
You can stay in Reno for 50$ a night, or South Lake Tahoe if you are willing to slum it a bit. _________________

Honestly, SLC is about the best deal around.
chavez's suggestion of South Lake Tahoe is a good one. If you don't mind driving, you could also fly into Sacramento, Oakland, San Jose or San Francisco, rent a car and then drive to Tahoe. I bet you could find some good deals on flights from ATL to SFO.
What about Denver?

Thanks, I'll check into Tahoe. Denver is a possibility, too. How are the conditions, typically, around Christmas in Tahoe? _________________ PS- this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

Alright, So right now we're thinking about Heavenly the week after New Years. As of now, flights to SFO are cheaper than Reno. How's the drive over in the winter? _________________ PS- this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.
