looking for an mp3 to use while riding?

I'm trying to find a good mp3 or a case to put an mp3 player in while riding, I need something waterproof and shock proof for those hard falls?
anyone have ne suggestions of what I can use.

If your riding with an mp3 player, you should probably quit. that is the most rediculous thing ever.

wait.. im actualy putting an LCD screen into my surfboard next weekend.

Don't worry, you can use the h20 audio case for surfing as well... unless you get blinded by audio... or your lcd screen
