Oh crap!

Well today I found out that I have to move from my apartment where I have lived for the last 4 years... I have rented it. When I first rented it the people that owns it said to would maybe want it back in 10-15 years, so it was perfect.. It's a beautiful apartment, really close to the lake and my riding-spot. My friends and family live here and even though it's a small town (30,000) I like it here.. Now the people that owns it needs to sell it, and I simply can't afford that kind of money (it's a really attractive place to live, so they will get alot for it) so now I need to come up with a plan on what to do....oh, and did I mention I had 3 month's to do so?
Also the girl I have been seeing seems to think she doesn't want to see me anymore Laughing

I know my problems are really silly compared to other things that has happened, but I just needed to vent..
Can I come live with one of you? I can bring the beer..

muckmeister, only problem if I come to the states is that we will have no one here in europe to handle our business..

I was in a similar position this summer. Rented a house for two years then the owners said they were selling. We had to either move or buy. After talking it over and looking around for a month we bought the place. We figured that we know everything about the house, we know we like it, and avoiding a move was worth some money. It feels good building some equity in the place and we're pretty certain we'll come out ahead if we decide to sell in a few years.
