I just got a 1994 Prostar 205. Not trying to brag, just happy with my buy and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions with a fat sac set up or just any general info. But its sick and i am stoked.... only has 250 hours on it, proflight tower with billet racks on it. Black, dark blue and white. And just put a sick system in 2 Alpine Type S 10" subs, 2 450 watt alpine amps, 4 6 1/2 pioneer fourway speekers, 800 watt fourchannel alpine amp, two pioneer four way 6x9's, two sony 500 watt 6 1/2 tower speakers and a two channel 800 watt alpine amp. Its sick. I I wanna get a surfboard now, any good brands? |

the two subs and two amps i got from my brother from his truck cause he moved to hawaii cause of a warrent... i had the 6x9's cause i was gonna put them in a 5.0 but never did, so they were brand new. But with everything else, i bought from my best freind girlfreinds step dad all for cost because he works at some audio symphany store in san fran. But with the discount that totaled about a g'. Surprising enough the stuff that really pissed me off and cost me alot was the wires... i had to buy some much, like all 4 gaug too. And the batter termenal block things and some other wiring stuff. Oh ya the deck, i took from my freinds truck he totaled.... so i got hooked up. |

Can you post any pics of your stereo set up?
I just bought a '99 PS 205 about six weeks ago and I am very happy with mine. It came with a Titan tower, but no racks or stereo. I just put in a Pioneer deck with (4) Alpine 6.5's. It sounds good, but it needs a sub and tower speakers (as well as amps).
As for fat sacs, the guy I bought it from used a 600 lb. Fly High on each side of the engine, but that takes up a lot of walking room. As soon as I get racks to put the boards up on the tower, I am going to put one in the rear trunk and one in the floor ski locker. Hopefully that will work. |
