I don't mean to be rude, but please do no real wakesurfing behind the boat in your profile... A normal surfboard will work fine for just crusing around, and if you have access to an inboard then it will work too, it won't really want to do anything but cruise...

Dude go for it!!! LOL LIKE OMG DON'T LISTEN 2 NE 1!! LOL OMG OMG ROFL1!!! THY DNT KNWE WHT THEY R TLKIN BOUT!!!! LOL LOL!!!!!
An inboards prop is about 2 feet back under the hull and in order to get to the prop you'd also have to get past the rudder. You are truely an idiot if you would attempt it behind an I/O. But whatever, what would we know right? We're just some morons you asked advise. Enjoy getting your s*it cut up. _________________ wakeboards

I have a Malibu, no danger in surfing behind. Has anyone used a 5'6" surfboard instead of the current market wake surfboards. Is it easier to get further behind the boat with a thicher ( 1.5" to 2") surfboard? Is the ride the same? |
