kacer, I was in Utah watersports the other day, $87K!!!! Yes, no exaggeration, that's what the sticker said. Billy Mckee is workin down there now and he said somebody will surely pay that. I have a friend that works at Milosport that is selling his for around $70K. Did you check out the comp today at East Canyon?

I've spent a good amount of time in them this year, the only way I would get one if I was retardly rich and money was no object. IMO they're not worth The $15-20K premium over other boats. It is a very sick boat none the less. My only complaint is the starboard wake surf wakes sucks w/only stock ballast. I'm sure if there was some serious weight in it the wake would be much better.

Check out wakeworld.com Their equipment reviews have reviews of pretty much every boat complete with base prices. I think the base pr ice on the xstar was like 67 k. The x 45 was liek 72, and the x 80 was like 87. But those are prices before you add stuff like tower speakers or lights, heat (which by me is a great option), a trailer, any engine upgrades, trailer upgrades (tandem axle trailer, galvonized trailer) and all the other goodies

all the x-series come with a tower and ballast standard. if they dont come w/ ballast and tower standard then they are called either a Maristar or a Prostar.

Stupid money for that sled. Malibu is coming out with a 247 Wakesetter in 2006 that will be loaded for that kind of money. A buddy of mine has a 2004 X Star that stands on its ass end all day..turns like a I/O. Not for me.
