You know whats funny. Literally right as I was reading this I got my regular email from the Motley Fool investing forums. Wierd. Maybe God is saying quit blowing money on wakeboarding. YEA RIGHT! |

that's the first white/orange combo i've seen on an MB, & i've gotta say, i love it. it looks clean, and the orange is really set off...
congrats on the boat...& BTW, for those in the argument, simple economics would tell us that if it was bought, it was worth every penney! |

Interesting that a lot of negativity come out of mentioning anything but a standard (MC or Bu or a couple of others) wakeboard boat.
One of the ideas of wakeboarding is a freedom of expression and that should include one's choice of ride.
Also, the sport is really very new, and as such less-than-well-defined. Those who first started doing this type of stuff about twenty years ago, and I include myself here (although I am not a great or even good boarder, I can trick ski fairly well), did wake tricks on pure ski boats. The idea was to get height by skill and not cheating with a huge wake.
Add in economic issues that good ski boats, and O/B's can fit into a budget better than a $60k MC. Then with three little ones, we need lots of room, and I find a direct drive provides this the best (this is contrary to many who feel a v-drive or i/o has room room).
Happy boating!!! |

Sick boat, Southern Ski boats here in Virginia sells them exclusively. I'd love to own something like that if I could afford, but alas I am stuck with my Posercraft. Anyone stating you should of spent your money this way or that is just hating.... _________________ WakeSurf and Wakesurfing News |
