s-bend question

How do you prevent this trick from looking like a frontflip? I've landed a few that were actually a s-bend but majority I do just look like a frontflip with my arms stretched out. I tried to fully leave the wake and after my feet started to fly back tuck my chin under my armpit but got stuck facing the sky and bailed out and am now icing my ankle. So basically when is the optimal time to tuck my chin under the armpit to initiate the overhead 3?

I always heard you were supposed to kick it out like a raley then try to lick your front armpit and spin. I cant do the trick but my best words of advice would be to try and wait that half second longer before you intiate the spin.

If you went under your front shoulder wouldn't you spin frontside? I tuck my chin under my back armpit.

You spin forward (backside) so you try to lick your front armpit so you spin over the front. Also make sure you are under your armpit if not you'll end up with a 911

Tuck your head under your extended arms on take off and Look under your back armpit

Dude trust me its front armpit. You spin over the front its like saying you put your head over your back shoulder on a hs backroll. Conflicts with your rotation.

If you look under your front armpit it would be like stargazing, or a big laid out backroll

I do them like this.

I take a little short cut than my raley and try to really cut all the way through without flattening my board. This makes your body go out like the raley. Off the wake, I put my front ear on my life shoulder (i ride regular)and look over my back shoulder. At the beginning of the trick, if u are looking like HS fronts, arch your back. Then keep looking to keep the rotation. And the ARCH AGAIN to keep the laid out style. Then pull down and land that ish.
