Hey J.T.,

Great job...more pics, more pics!! Can you describe, in a bit more detail, your fabrication process? Like tubing size and type, base plate detail, etc.? Oh yeah, and close ups...speaker cans, etc....

Wes

I am at work now when I get home I will post some more pics and specs
tubing is 1.5. cans made from 6 inch pipe couplings and small amount of pipe. used 1.5 u bolts from Tractor supply, tow spool bought it at Wakeair.com for 28 bucks. Mounts are 3 inch steel pipe caps and hiem jts and fittings I got from a local machine shop (I think he ordered the form prowerks.com). Like some of the speaker cans made form pvc pipe instead of adding a cap on the end I used 2 6inch couplings joined in the middle so I could have front and back 6.5. When I get home tonight I will post more pics. Thanks again JT

The clamps for the light bar are conduint clamps about 1.00 each the can clamps are ubolts with a clear rubber over them 2.00 each and clear hose is about 25 cents for each ubolt, not the best looker out there but I got plenty cash left over for adult beverages and petro! and that far up in the air looks great!
Tower height 6ft width at top 3 ft height from floor of boat 7ft 6inches
as you can see it does fold down and rest right before boat light on the nose. Next going for a Bimini top and Racks, any Ideas ??

that is clearly the work of love. great job! I am a doit yourselfer as well and have a few questions. What is the material you used, is it sraight up pipe or alum? It looks like you bent it into shape, which give it some nice looking curves, I'm not into the straight 90 some roll bars have, the radius looks good. Then did you give it a tilt and weld up the cross members? I would like some close ups of the mounts, not being in the pipe world I'm not to familiar with the terms. How much did it cost? great job.
