Yeah they look alright, but there all messed up

The era has a chunk missing from the right top corner, because the mill cut it too short

The two parks have cuts at the bottom of the boards, because the mill thought they were shorter boards then they were

And then the byerly was actually not too bad, but where the boots screw into, the plates had been turned, and it messes up the structural integrity of the board, so they claimed it junk

Up next: Wakeboard bench, with a back

Laugh Damon, Thats awesome. Great idea.

Did you just call/e-mail hyperlite and ask them to send you their messed up boards? If you end up making some benches and consider selling them for a reasonable price, I'd be very interested.

Thanks DavidHoff, I'll keep that in mind.

I have a friend of a friend, but I'm sure the average joe would have no problem getting ahold of some junk boards... especially if you tell them you've spent loads of money on their products Laughing

Oh yeah, and if it is something that people would concider buying, what would you rather have: wood or metal? I have access to both, and for mine I will be using some tubular or square mild steel, but I'm sure wood could work just fine.

Personally, I'd rather have metal, or something close to it. I think It would just be more solid and reliable.

But they are able to get a hold of a board company for you.

I'm almost done with the bench, its turning out to be a real pain in the ass, so I'm probably gonna only make one - sorry DavidHoff.

Although, I did find a very very nice bench online, its pricey, but definatly worth it. http://www.buywake.com/catalog/detail.lasso?cat=19&man=Liquid%20Force&sku=LI_HVN36

cdn_ripper, what are you talking about? Refer to one of my previous posts

Sorry I've been gone for a while, just moved into a new house. davidhoff, I will still concider sellin this bench, but it probably wont be for a while.

I've decided to not make the bench out of metal, its more complicated Laughing I've got some 2x4's that I'm thinking will work, hopefully in the next few days I'll have something to show you guys.

In the meantime:
