I just got my tower last night and I folded it down to put it in the garage. It was 2 inches too tall. I did everything: take cover off the (outboard) engine, remove small ski pole, trim the engine down and lifted the garage door. I did get it to fit. All in all it took me one hour and twenty minutes just to get the boat in the garage.
If you have any ideas please post. _________________ Peter Griffin:

Did you remove the jocky wheel from the trailer and let the nose almost hit the ground... that can generally get you a few more inches... _________________ www.AxisBoats.co.uk | www.Malibu-Boats.co.uk |

yep let the air out, I do it all the time with jeeps and stuff in trailers and garages, by far the most efficient way. Trailers can get about 2-3 inches or so, just make sure you don't let out so much that the rims ride on the sidewalls... |

But pump them up once in the garage otherwise the sidewall will deform. _________________ Wakeboarding is so Kool in Ireland! |

Do your rails adjust at all? Take a look at your trailer and see if they do, if so just adjust your rails down to lower the boat when it sits on the trailer. If they don't adjust, get some lower profile tires and/or rims. Otherwise have fun letting the air out and filling them back up everytime you put it in the garage.
Don't forget to mark the original location of the rails if you do adjust them, if the boat doesn't fit right, atleast you have a backup plan.
