I am kinda new to wakeboarding. I started last summer and got to where I could get up pretty good but couldn't stay up very long. I started back at it this year after buying my own board and I can now get up every time no problem, edge/carve, do surface 180's, butterslides, and ride switch fairly well. I do have a problem getting air though. I can cut into the wake and just barely get off the water. I don't really know what I am doing wrong. I am swinging out as far as I can toeside so I can cut in heelside which I am more comfortable with. When I get as far out as I can I slowly start my progressive heelside edge. I get to the wake and stand up and can't seem to get the board more than a foot out of the water. Could someone help?
