First invert

Hey I want to learn an invert this summer, now I have never done one before. so which is the easyest and dosn't take long to learn? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You would most likely feel comfortable trying a tanrum or backroll, sometimes a scarecrow. Try doing a seach on all three of them, theres tons of info on each.

Learn a backroll, the rotation is a piece of cake because its almost natural.. Wink

Try the basics out, see if you feel more natural doing one over another. Like people above said, backroll, tantrum, and I'd say front roll (good to learn before the crow) are all good choices. One may feel better to you than the others.

I tried 4 front rols and landed none, but I did get a good couple hitts to the head... I get vertical, and I'm having trouble getting my leggs around, any tips?

Yeah, learn a backwards rotation invert first. They should be easier
