just wondering if anyone out there take the rubber off the low rider board racks????
I would think the rack would look a lot better with out the rubber coating on the racks. |

I think if you did that your boards might get chiped or scratched. I personally like the way they look. |

If you do definately check with Titan first. If the aluminum is not anodized underneath (and I would'nt if I was going to rubber dip a part) then you may need to polish the forks out. _________________ Founder of Monster Tower Wakeboard Towers

You would be better off spending a little more and buying the cruiser rack. By the time you put all the work into the low rider the cruiser would be the better deal. |

Definately better off leaving them as is.
You may want to consider our racks ( http://www.monstertower.com/accessory1.html ) which add a quick release so you can take the rack off the tower, great for parking next to another boat or trailering (dont get the bug buildup). Also if you have kids boards around they dont fit in most racks becuase the forks are to far apart for a narrow stance which is why we added the ability to adjust the fork width. _________________ Founder of Monster Tower Wakeboard Towers

i have owned both and the low riders are nice for your board. they don't hurt em and are very durable. I have the cruisers now because i have wakesurf racks also and they match |
