vision135, You can not do animation in MS Paint. You would need a program such as Adobe ImageReady that can make animations, and save as .gif's...

I would also recommend reading some online tutorials about it because at first, It's pretty confusing to learn how to use If you've never worked with something like It before...

vision135, there's no such thing as an animated Jpeg. The only thing that the web will support is animated Gifs.

I've used adobe image-ready before but it's overly confusing IMO. The way I do it is create each image in the sequence and then animate it with Jasc animation shop. You can download the 30 day trial for free. You can go through the wizzard to select the pictures and order and then it gives you the amount of delay you want between frames.

i use photoshop elements. just make dif layers and go to save for web and click animate. it's pretty sweet.
