I am looking to but a 2004 Gator Boards Skin 138, I saw it on wakeworld but I've never heard of Gator boards. It has a good review, so I thought why not. Has anyone ridden this board or know if it's any good? Thanks.

| gator boards are good quality boards. i haven't ridden that board, but quality-wise, i have only heard good things about GB. |

ballywho, I have been sliding a gator board for 2 years now. (rails, docks, beaches, etc.) and it only has 2 chunks out of it.
GOOD QUALITY

Are there any other boards I should consider? I am looking at all boards but I'm on a bit of a budget so the older boards are cheaper. What's your prefrences?

ballywho, well if you like gator check wiredsport.com they have some cosmetic blems of the 04 gator stuff for very cheap which means maybe you can get some new bindings too, but dont get your bindings from wiredsport their selection sucks

What is a better board, the gator, a H.O. Legend 135 from H.O./Hyperlite, H.O. Revelation 135 from H.O./Hyperlite, or the Blindside Legacy. They are all on www.wiredsport.com for cheap and I like them all. Any input?

definately go with gator, the best IMO by far out of the ones you listed.

I just looked at the pic in the gear section and it was different than the pic in wakeworld. Does anyone notice that?

ballywho, how bad is your budget? I have an Origin Podium 141 and a Joyride Dojo 139 that I can part with cheap.
Either would be an improvement over the Hydroslide you are on now...
