yes i do...ok here we go

1. set your feet up like an ollie except put ure lead foot on the edge of the board( either your toes hanging a little off the edge or your heel hanging a little off the edge)
2. pop down like an ollie but now what ure gonna do is either flick ure lead foot out or kick down. when you pop up and kick down (referring to kickflip) the board will start to spin underneath you.
3. probably the hardest part next is to land it, most ppl can flip the board but when it comes to actually landing it, it can be difficult. basically you have to just go for it and not worry about crashing(try it without wheels or on carpet to make it alot easier), flick the board spot it while its spinning(land ure feet on the grip as it comes around, sounds hard but you can get use to it) . now that ure feet are on the grip tape just land it now.

A kick flip is a hard trick to master, even some pros cant land them 100% of the time, it can be frustrating but stick with it and youll get it.

i hope this helps, if not ill just go watch my skate video tony hawk trick dvd and give you an answer straight from him Wink good luck with it

It depends on who you are if you'll find it hard or not, heelflips are harder for some people, and vica versa.

For a kickflip I like to set my foot just behind the front bolts, maybe eve just touching them. Then I just pop the kick down and while I do this slide my foot up the nose and kick it off the nose of the board. Then you just need to watch for the griptape and catch it.

I have been trying kickflips for a long time and just recentley landed them. I got into a bad habbit of putting my front foot down right away. Heel flips i learned way faster. I tried one on a deck with out wheeles and landed on the bottem of it then the next try i landed it and tried it on a real board and presto i got a new trick Smile
