Got me a grab finally! Smile

Yep that's right...I'm steppin up in the world! I was so excited...was doing a little happy dance in the water after getting a few. And also get this...got grabs both HS and TS! Of course they were indys...had to make it appropriate Smile

Don't really have that many stills of any so will have to wait for a vid. Was a really good day on the water. Got more toeside air than ever had befoe. Oh and get this...was feelin 10 tall and bulletproof by the end of my last set got out on the wakeskate and tried a...well not sure bout the terms but I think wrapped BS surface 360. Here of course are pics of it Smile

great job! Grabs still scare me, but when I go out with one of my friends, we have competitions to see who can do the most different grabs. It ends up being similar to the game HORSE.

I found that after I stgarted doing the grabs 'HS w2w grabs', I focused more on the grab and I always landed my w2w's pretty much all the time consistently after that...so you are on your way....

Oh no no...no w2w...at least I don't think it was. Just a grab...no w2w...not yet anyways. I stopped working on those directly for a bit. Ever since GLTR pretty much when found out I had some bigger fish to fry before I got there and started going back and working on form.

Yeah that crash pic kills me. It didn't hurt that bad...when I got up my chin was a bit stingy. The water biotch slapped me pretty much Smile

still kool! my first grab was a TS 1 wake Indy...I guess the same as yours! then I went for the HS Indy w2w...then the Hs tail Grab w2w...they seemed easier after I got the feel for doing it '1 wake' then I just 'went for it..' wihich i know u will too! Wink

Yeah I feel like I'm pretty close to a w2w even tho haven't been trying for it. Had a few close calls and just took it that if I got one it would just be a nice bonus for the other stuff I was working on. I'm just worried about 1 thing now...cold weather! It was pretty chilly today so not sure how much more I'll be able to go Puppy Eyes

That's AWESOME. We just got our new boat, boy does it throw a sick wake. I am getting more toe side air as well. Someday I'll be able to throw in a grab.

Awesome job! I never thought about trying grabs on 1W jumps, hmmmm. I'm understanding that cold weather thing though. I tried the shorty on Friday and dried off and switched to the drysuit. Then I was in happy land.

Very nice 360 on the skate too! Very Happy

wawake-- it helped me to get 'comfortable' before I tried the 'real thing'...and it makes your riding more styly when you 'grab everything' just like my love for surface trix in between going out for jumps and such..just adds 'eye candy' Wink
