I got a few new tricks too, The drunk duck(re-entry halfcab slob) rocket air (I think its been done b4 but not much) New grab I think. Back hand through the legs grab between feet on TS edge. Like an indy but with you hand through the legs.
My friend attemted a AWESOME new trick this summer(involuntarily) that someone should pursue. HS Fashion Air to Raley to frontroll, He landed on his back on the second wake. Its allready been named tho. The MARK FLIP. Ill get video of it on here sometime. |

the other day i witnessed a quite innovative trick. a buddy of mine (very good wakeboarder) approached the wake wrapped with the handle at his back elbow, therefore when he threw his wrapped off axis 3 he was able to double grab the nose and tail of the board while spinning. even though he didnt land it, it was prolly the coolest thing ive witnessed behind my boat so far. _________________ OPINIONS ARE LIKE RAP CAREERS EVERBODYS GOT ONE |

getting drug across the water by your elbow, while attached to a wakeboard doesnt sound very fun. next time you go out tell hold the handle in his teeth while he grabs. |

Smlparksguy133, you said your new grab is like an indy except through the legs. Isn't that a canadian bacon?? And... what is a 'fashion'??? Sounds like some kind of tweak??? _________________ Go Big. Go Bigger. Bubb Rubb going home. |

hey Aaron Hale
i though i made up the fashion raley at the colegian extreme competition in the Dells in Wisconsin last weekend. never seen one done never attemped it before never even heard of such a trick, and i just stuck it clean. they guy from OLN was in the boat tapeing at the time so you might see it sometime next year. it seemed almost easier then a regular raley. if you havn't tried it allready you definitely should. best of luck. if you come up some crazy trick let me know and i'll try them. oh the fashion s-bend sounds interesting. peace |

I have done many fashion tantrums and backrolls. I even did a fashion heelside 5 off the double up. I was just feeling quite fashionable that day. _________________ www.ten-80.com |

| Greg Smith, I have no clue if its a canadian bacon. fashion air is when you put your hand behind your head and sorta do a backscratcher (90 degree spin and pull back) What is a front hand seatlbelt called? Like grab the board on the tail with your front hand. |

A seatbelt is when you grab the tail of your board with your lead hand.
If I go in heelside left foot forward I would grab the tail of the board with my left hand...which makes it look like a seatbelt. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

| Great Lakes Rider, i personaly call that a nucular, but there is alot of arguing on grab names, somethings just aren't universal |

ben746, i know, but i don't see the point of having a different grab for three inches difference. i consider nuclear to be ranging to back hand on the heelside of the nose, to directly hte nose, just a style thing i guess. and a seatbelt front hand either on the tail or heelside tail,
i think that a nuclear on a snowboard is both hands on the nose, it is nose and nose heelside for wakeboard, and seatbelt is either front hand or back hand on opposite tip of the board. just my opinon |

| I dont think I follow you with "your" nuke and seatbelt. I guess thats kind of the same thing as calling the tantrum and a TS backroll flips instead of their proper name. |

ben746 is right on the nuclear. You can always check the tricklists on here and it will tell you what ben said.
As far as the seatbelt, I'm guessing it would be considered a seatbelt if you took EITHER hand across the board to grab the opposite side. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

patrickengler, i know he's right, but if i saw a seatbelt tantrum (backhand on nose). i would probably call it a nuclear tantrum because of the style thing, i thinkg it's more of a stylish way to grab nuclear on the nose unless it's by it self. (i think sraight nuclears look better if on the nose heelside.)
so i don't see the point in having those three inches diffent a new name for a grab.
so in my opinon a seatbelt is with the front hand on the tail, and a nuclear is a back hand on the nose or the nose heelside. not saying i'm right. just my point of view. |

no, because that has space (the knee) but that's just my point of view
and i think you mean mute.
as i said, there is alot of grab confusion, because of different sports there are different grabs possiable. so they aren't all conventinal. the grabs that everyone agrees with are nose, tail, indy, mute, melan/ meathod, and stalefish.
because those were front the surfing days, since then other grabs have been made. such as in
wakeboarding, roastbeef, nuclear, slob, seatbelt.
in snowboarding, nuclear, seatbelt, roastbeef, palmer lein and method are the some but have different names due to tweakage, One footed grabs and so on,
and in skateboarding, you have all hte conventionals plus a few odd onces like bennihanna, madonna, japan air, christ air.
so in my mind why have those three inches be a differnt grab when teh front hand on the tail has no name? the grab confusion will never be solved univerasally somone will always have disputes. such as me ben746, and patrickengler, |

I guess I don't see the confusion here.
I'll give an example:
Rider is jumping heelside riding left foot forward.
A nuclear grab is when you grab the board BEHIND and LEFT of your left foot with your RIGHT hand. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

Yeah I know. After I realized how to do a nuclear I was like "how the hell do they do that?!?!"
Seems like you need massive air to pull that grab. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

patrickengler, when i said grab confusion i mean on names and where they are. i know that a backhand on the heelside of the nose is nuclear. but why is back hand on the nose seatbelt but then no front hand on the tail? just my grab naming opioion. also it's confused from peo[le because they call a wakeboard grab by a snowboard name.
nuclears arn't taht hard, it's just figuring how how to do it |
