dont forget to grab the rope? thats a damn hard trick... good luck
watch some videos of pros doing this, they tend to toss the rope upwards and pull it towards them so they can grab it again. _________________ www.flukdfilms.cjb.net

| Make sure you place it there. Dont throw it up b/c it will be above your head when you want to get it back. |

| on a tramp ti's hard, a good way to pratice would have a friend throw the rope in the air when you are trying a 5 so you can get used to "finding" the handle grabbing and landing. that's a damn cool trick |

On a tramp it's pretty easy actually... just spin most of the first 3 with the rope in your rear hand (keeping it behind your butt) then look over your shoulder, let go and regrab it with the same hand. On the water - I'm sure it's a bit harder |

| i think a osmosis 5 would be really hard off of the d up, even though i have no idea what it feels like to do a osmosis, but i find spinning off of the d up quite difficult |
